Our story
Founded by Lizzie Pawsey, a UK-based consultant, executive coach, coach supervisor, and facilitator, The Light Room Consultancy brings together a trusted network of experienced coaches, facilitators, and coach supervisors.
Our team shares a background in high-performing environments and a passion for unlocking potential at every level of leadership. We work across the full employee lifecycle and partner closely with HR, Talent, and senior leadership teams to design and deliver impactful development.
Our approach
Our approach integrates psychological depth with business relevance. We draw on evidence-based frameworks from coaching psychology, adult development, behavioural science, and systems thinking – enabling leaders not only to do differently, but to think and lead differently.
Whether in a graduate workshop or the boardroom, we work with what’s happening on the surface and what’s going on underneath.
