With 20 years of experience in senior marketing and HR leadership roles at global companies including Diageo, Britvic, and Pernod Ricard, Lizzie is an accomplished business leader, coach, coaching supervisor, and facilitator who thrives on empowering her clients to become exceptional leaders. With this deep understanding of the challenges faced in global, cross-cultural organizations, she understands the challenges of leading teams of people through change and delivering against a business plan.

Over the course of her 2000+ hours of coaching experience, Lizzie has worked with board, executive, senior leaders and their teams across a range of areas to support them to lead themselves, lead others and lead their business.

Lizzie has also gained thousands of hours of facilitation experience through her work on global leadership development programmes. She also serves as a faculty member for the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) on the Coaching Skills Certificate and Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching.

Lizzie builds trusting, supportive relationships with her clients, creating a safe space for them to explore their thinking, feelings and behaviours. With a warm yet tenacious approach, she challenges her clients to achieve their goals and create lasting change. She draws on her extensive experience incorporating models such as Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Gestalt therapy, Solutions Focus, and neuroscience.

Lizzie prioritizes her professional development and works regularly with a coach supervisor. This commitment to ongoing reflection and learning enhances her coaching practice and ensures she stays current with industry best practices. She holds the Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching (Academy of Executive Coaching) and an MSc in Organisational Psychology amongst other relevant qualifications.

Sarah is an Executive Coach and has worked across sectors such as communications, FMCG, supply chain, law and finance. She coaches individuals and teams in leadership development, leadership through change, career transition, performance improvement and facilitation. She brings extensive business experience from her leadership roles in Unilever, a top FTSE 100 companies.

In her career at Unilever Sarah held a variety of senior leadership roles across the UK business. She has worked through periods of significant change and brings a wealth of experience in this area to help leaders to better understand their own process of transition and lead their teams more effectively.  Sarah brings a broad business perspective, an understanding of what it takes to build and lead successful teams and a real empathy for what it can mean, and what it can take, to deliver success in a large organization.

Sarah is passionate about developing herself and others. She holds an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in executive coaching and a masters level Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching. She has also studied and incorporated Gestalt coaching and Cognitive Behavioural coaching into her practice. Sarah has been a member of the Faculty at the AoEC since September 2009, teaching on the Executive Coaching Certificate and Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching programmes. Sarah is also a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and an enthusiastic amateur photographer.

Margaret has over 15 years experience as a coach and development practitioner operating in a commercial, service and manufacturing environments. Her background is in HR and sport where she was HR Director for Anheuser Busch Europe and in her youth played hockey at international level.

Educated at Girton College, Cambridge University, where she gained an MA (Honours) in Geography and a PGCE, Margaret has a passion for learning and development and has gained experience of small and large organizations in FMCG, pharmaceutical, education and service sectors. Margaret is also a Non-Executive Director of Davy’s Wine Bars and Restaurants. Margaret is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a trained facilitator with Stephen Covey and Zenger Miller. She is qualified to administer and interpret MBTI Steps I and II; Strength Deployment Inventory and a variety of 360-degree feedback processes.

One of Margaret’s other passions is sport. Having played competitive hockey for many years she now enjoy playing tennis and finds there are many similarities between the sporting and business arenas which she is able to apply to her work assignments.
